Job Profile: US IT Recruiter Team Lead State Clients

Job Location: Bhopal (100% Onsite


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Team Leadership & Management:

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of recruiters focusing on state client requirements.
  • Monitor team performance, set KPIs, and ensure targets are achieved.
  • Provide guidance on sourcing, screening, and candidate engagement strategies.
  1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for IT roles specific to state clients.
  • Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, networking, and referrals.
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial calls, and coordinate technical interviews.
  • Ensure quality candidate submissions meeting client specifications and compliance requirements.
  1. State Client Engagement:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with state client stakeholders.
  • Understand client-specific hiring processes, compliance requirements, and documentation needs.
  • Provide timely updates to clients regarding candidate pipelines, interview schedules, and offer progress.
  1. Compliance & Documentation:

  • Ensure all candidates meet state-specific eligibility and background check requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records in ATS and adhere to client and internal policies.
  • Manage candidate onboarding documentation and contracts as per state guidelines.
  1. Reporting & Metrics:

  • Prepare weekly/monthly reports on recruitment status, pipeline health, and team performance.
  • Analyze recruitment data to optimize sourcing strategies and improve time-to-fill metrics.
  1. Collaboration & Process Improvement:

  • Collaborate with other teams (RFP, Operations, HR) for better recruitment outcomes.
  • Recommend and implement process improvements for faster and more efficient hiring.
  • Participate in client calls to discuss recruitment strategy, feedback, and future requirements.
  1. Candidate Experience:

  • Ensure positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Provide timely feedback, guidance, and support to candidates
