About the Role:

experienced IT Recruiter (Voice Process)

What You’ll Do:

• Manage

  full-cycle recruitment

  – sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and closures.
• Conduct

  voice-based outreach

  to connect with and engage candidates.
• Source talent from

  job boards, social media, referrals, and databases

  .
• Evaluate candidates’

  technical skills, communication, and cultural fit

  .
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements.
• Maintain strong candidate relationships and ensure a smooth hiring process.
• Track recruitment metrics – pipeline, closures, and turnaround time.

Tech Roles You’ll Hire for US:

• Java Backend API Developer
• Fullstack Java Developer (Java + Angular)
• Fullstack Developer (Frontend Heavy – Angular)
• SDET (Cypress, Protractor, Selenium, Rest Assured, Mobile)
• Cloud Engineer (DevOps/Systems OR App Dev with Python/Java + Cloud)
• Data Engineer (Python, Oracle PL/SQL, SQL, ETL, PostgreSQL, Snowflake, DynamoDB, Cloud)

What We’re Looking For:

• 5–7 years

  of IT recruitment experience (US Staffing / Voice Process preferred).
• Strong background hiring for

  Java, Cloud, SDET, and Data Engineering roles

  .
• Hands-on with sourcing platforms – Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.
• Excellent

  verbal & written communication skills

  .
• Flexibility to work

  night shifts (US time zones)

  .

• Immediate availability
