Job Description

Experience:

Shift:

US IT Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

Handle full-cycle US IT recruitment (sourcing to onboarding)
Source candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and ATS
Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews
Coordinate interviews with clients and hiring managers
Manage candidate pipeline and maintain ATS data
Work on W2, C2C, and 1099 requirements
Meet daily/weekly hiring targets

Required Skills:

Strong experience in
US IT Recruitment
Knowledge of US work authorizations and tax terms
Hands-on experience with ATS and job portals (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn)
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work in US time zones

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience recruiting for multiple IT technologies
Working on federal requirements and knowledge on security clearances
