About the Role

Redsun Solutions is seeking an experienced US IT Recruiter to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in sourcing, screening, formatting resumes, coordinating interviews, and placing candidates for both permanent and contract positions across technology domains. This role requires a strong understanding of US hiring practices, W2/C2C requirements, and the ability to manage end-to-end recruitment with a proven placement track record.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and recruit qualified candidates through LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, Indeed, and other channels.
• Screen candidates for technical expertise, communication skills, project experience, and availability.
• Format resumes, submit profiles to clients, arrange interviews, and manage candidate pipelines.
• Negotiate compensation, assess work authorization/visa status, and finalize offers.
• Coordinate interview scheduling (telephonic & VC via MS Teams) with clients and candidates.
• Ensure smooth onboarding, follow-ups, and timely joining of selected candidates.
• Build and maintain candidate databases and strong relationships with clients/vendors.
• Work closely with clients to understand requirements and update candidate status.

Qualifications & Skills

• 5–7 years of US IT recruitment experience (staffing/consulting industry).
• Proven expertise working on W2 and C2C hiring.
• Prior experience hiring for Technology & Networking roles.
• Strong knowledge of permanent & contract staffing models.
• Familiarity with cloud, data engineering, and emerging technology stacks.
• Excellent communication skills to engage with US citizens, GC holders, H1B, and clients.
• Track record of consistent placements and meeting recruitment targets.
