US IT Recruiters

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for US-based IT requirements.
• Source candidates from job portals (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, etc.) and other networking channels.
• Screen candidates based on technical skills, experience, and qualifications.
• Negotiate rates/salaries and coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
• Maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Update and manage candidate records and job postings in the ATS.
• Work closely with account managers to understand client needs and deliver qualified profiles within timelines.
• Ensure all hiring processes adhere to company standards and compliance requirements.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

1. 6 months to 2 years of experience in US IT Recruitment (W2/1099/C2C hiring).
2. Hands-on experience with job portals like Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, and LinkedIn Recruiter. 3. Good understanding of US tax terms (W2, 1099, C2C). 4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 5. Strong ability to multi-task, prioritise, and meet tight deadlines. 6. Must be comfortable working in US night shifts (07:30 PM – 04:30 AM IST). 7. Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Technical/HR background preferred).
