Job Summary : We are looking for enthusiastic and self-driven US IT Recruiters (Freshers/Entry-Level) to join our growing recruitment team. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating with IT professionals for various contract and full-time positions with our US-based clients. You'll work closely with senior recruiters and account managers to understand job requirements and develop effective hiring strategies. Key Responsibilities : Understand and analyze IT job requirements from US clients. Source candidates using job portals like Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, and internal databases. Perform initial screenings and evaluate candidate qualifications and technical skills. Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers to facilitate effective communication and decision-making. Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment activity trackers. Build and maintain relationships with candidates for current and future openings. Follow up with candidates throughout the interview process and post-placement. Work collaboratively with the recruitment and account management team to fulfill client needs. Required Skills & Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred: IT, HR, Business, or related fields). Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal). Basic understanding of the US recruitment/staffing lifecycle. Willingness to work night shifts (US Time Zones: EST/PST). Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment. Fast learner with a positive attitude and strong work ethic. Preferred but Not Mandatory : Knowledge of US tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099), work authorizations (US Citizen, GC, H1B, OPT, etc.). Prior internship or training in US staffing or IT recruitment is a plus.
