Perform initial screenings and evaluate candidate qualifications and technical skills. Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers to facilitate effective communication and decision-making. Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment activity trackers. Build and maintain relationships with candidates for current and future openings. Follow up with candidates throughout the interview process and post-placement. Work collaboratively with the recruitment and account management team to fulfill client needs. Required Skills & Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred: IT, HR, Business, or related fields). Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal). Basic understanding of the US recruitment/staffing lifecycle. Willingness to work night shifts (US Time Zones: EST/PST). Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment. Fast learner with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
