Job Description

IT recruiter responsibilities include sourcing, screening & providing a shortlist of qualified candidates for various technical roles. Must be available to work in a team Strong zeal to make a career in the international staffing industry. Responsibilities: Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing channels to identify and attract qualified candidates, including job boards, social media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter), professional networking events, and employee referrals. Develop and maintain a strong network of potential candidates. Screening: Review resumes and applications to assess candidate qualifications and experience. Conduct initial phone screens to gather information about candidates' skills, experience, and career goals. Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers. Shortlisting: Prepare candidate profiles and shortlists for hiring managers. Provide insightful candidate assessments and recommendations. Candidate Experience: Maintain excellent communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process. Provide timely feedback to candidates. Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience. Teamwork: Collaborate effectively with hiring managers, HR teams, and other stakeholders. Share best practices and knowledge within the recruitment team. Industry Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, technologies, and best practices in recruitment. Develop a strong understanding of the technical skills required for various IT roles. Note: Excellent English written and verbal communication skills are Mandatory Timing: 6:30pm-3:30am [Night Shift] Interview Mode: Face-To-Face
