We are actively seeking freshers with excellent English communication skills to join our dynamic team as US IT Bench Sales Recruiters. This is a great opportunity for individuals looking to start a career in IT staffing and recruitment. Key Responsibilities: Consultant Coordination: Engage with consultants to understand their experience, preferences, and availability for current job opportunities. Ensure their comfort before submitting profiles to vendors. Resume Management: Manage and post resumes on various job portals such as Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms to maximize exposure. Job Submissions: Submit suitable job postings across all relevant platforms. Ensure the right fit between consultants and job requirements. Profile Broadcasting: Regularly broadcast consultant profiles and company hotlists to key stakeholders and potential clients. Submission Tracking: Track submissions to vendors, monitor progress, and provide timely updates to consultants and internal teams. Conduct consistent follow-ups with vendors. Market Outreach: Continuously search for open requirements in the market, ensuring we cover as many opportunities as possible. Team Communication: Keep the team updated on client submissions and interview schedules, ensuring no duplications in submissions. Interview Coordination: Inform consultants of vendor calls and client interview schedules. Assist in interview preparation to enhance success rates. Consultant Support: Provide ongoing support to consultants during their assignments, ensuring they are comfortable with the work environment and promptly addressing any concerns. Negotiation: Handle rate negotiations with vendors and clients to ensure competitive pricing. Delivery Assurance: Ensure that consultants are promptly and efficiently placed into roles and meet all client expectations. What We're Looking For: Fresh graduates with a passion for recruitment and sales. Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal). Strong organizational and follow-up skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. Willingness to learn and adapt to the US IT staffing industry.
