Position Overview

We are looking for Bench Sales Recruiters who are interested in learning and working in the US Staffing domain. Candidates will receive structured training and ongoing support to help them succeed in this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Market and place US IT consultants with clients and vendors.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with consultants, clients, and internal teams.
• Understand client needs and source suitable candidates accordingly.
• Manage the recruitment process including screening, rate discussions, and onboarding communication.
• Maintain timely follow-ups and professional communication throughout the process.

Eligibility

• Open to graduates from any academic background.
• Candidates with experience in BPO/Customer Support who wish to transition into recruitment may also apply.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English are required.
• Willingness to learn, adapt, and work in the US time zone.
