US IT Bench Sales Recruiter

Overall Education and Experience requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in IT or related fields with 1-2 years of experience in US IT bench sales
• Ideal candidate should have knowledge of one or more computer programming languages like Java, .NET and IT Infrastructure/Network Service tools etc.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience marketing IT Professionals
• Must be a competitive high achiever and be persistent in efforts
• Must be willing to meet and exceed sales goals
• Prospective bench sales recruiters will support our company's efforts to place bench candidates for multiple clients nationwide in the US

· Core Competencies:

• Looking for US IT Bench Sales Recruiters who must have broad overall knowledge of US IT staffing technical terminology and proven ability to cultivate relationships with Vendors and Clients.
• Must have 1-2 years of experience in bench sales for US staffing
• Must be an exceptional team player with excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work with limited supervision.
• Must have experience in Marketing H1B, OPT, EAD, Green Card, and US Citizens.
• Ability to communicate via phone and email with prime vendors/client’s recruiters and build long term relationships
• Strong experience in Boolean queries and innovative search terms on commonly used job boards such as Dice, Monster, Career Builder, LinkedIn and other Job sites.
• Experienced sourcing requirements through a variety of job boards/portals.
• Proven people relationship management skills with a high level of professionalism
• Excellent cold-calling skills
• Must be able to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment with the ability to multitask.
• Must have a positive attitude, openness to learn new tools/technologies and ability to remain calm under pressure

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,357.63 - ₹49,256.41 per month
