Job Description

Employment will be offered ONLY to candidates who successfully complete the training and meet performance expectations.

minimum 6-month commitment

This is an excellent opportunity for candidates looking to build a strong career in the US IT staffing industry.

Key Responsibilities (Post-Training)

Market and place
bench consultants
(H1B / OPT / CPT / H4 EAD, GC, USC) with vendors and clients.
Work on job postings, networking, cold calling, and maintaining vendor relationships.
Understand tax terms (
W2, C2C, 1099
) and submission processes.
Coordinate interviews, rate negotiations, onboarding, and placement tracking.
Maintain daily/weekly activity reports and meet performance targets.
Communicate via phone and email with vendors during US business hours.

Eligibility Criteria

Any Graduate / Postgraduate (B.Tech, MBA, B.Com, B.Sc, etc.).
Strong communication skills in
English
(verbal & written).
Willingness to work
US Shift (Night Shift)
.
Eager to learn recruitment, IT technologies, and marketing strategies.
Must be comfortable with calling & vendor interaction.

Training Details

Comprehensive training on US IT recruitment tools, portals, and sales techniques.
Training period:
3 - 4 weeks
Only candidates who meet expectations during training will be moved to full-time employment.

Commitment Requirement

All selected trainees must sign a
6-month commitment agreement
after training.
This is to ensure dedication, consistency, and a complete learning-to-performance cycle.
