Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor all on-site construction activities including

  civil, structural, interior, plumbing, and electrical works.

• Ensure work is carried out as per design, drawings, quality standards, and safety norms. Coordinate with contractors, vendors, engineers, and workers to ensure smooth workflow and timely project execution.
• Inspect materials, equipment, and workmanship to ensure compliance with project specifications.
• Maintain daily site logs, progress reports, and ensure adherence to project timelines.
• Manage workforce scheduling, task allocation, and resolve site-level issues proactively.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Report regularly to Project Manager/Management on site progress, challenges, and requirements.
• Handle site-level documentation, approvals, and liaise with local authorities when required.

Qualifications & Skills

• B.Tech or any Civil Engineeringrelated degree/diploma.

• 1-4 years of experience

  as a Site Supervisor / Site Engineer in

  commercial or residential construction projects.

• Experience in

  commercial PT (Post-Tensioned) beams is a plus.

• Strong knowledge of

  interior finishing, plumbing, and electrical systems.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver results within deadlines.
• Proficiency in

  MS Office, AutoCAD, and project management tools (preferred).
