Job Summary

The Site Supervisor will be responsible for supervising day-to-day site activities related to furniture installation, interior finishing, material handling, and vendor coordination. The role ensures projects are executed as per drawings, quality standards, and timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise all on-site furniture installation and interior work activities.
• Coordinate with carpenters, workers, contractors, and vendors for smooth workflow.
• Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, measurements, and design specifications.
• Check material quality, quantity, and ensure proper storage and handling at site.
• Monitor project progress and update daily work reports to the project manager.
• Resolve on-site issues and ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Maintain site discipline, safety practices, and housekeeping standards.
• Verify measurements for billing, work completion, and material requirements.
• Coordinate with client representatives for approvals and clarifications.
• Ensure finishing quality—furniture fitting, polishing, alignment, hardware installation, etc.

Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 3–4 years of experience in furniture or interior project supervision.
• Strong understanding of carpentry, modular furniture, and interior finishing work.
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings (AutoCAD layout, section, elevation).
• Good communication and team-handling skills.
• Basic knowledge of measurement tools, material specifications, and site documentation.
• Problem-solving skills and ability to handle pressure at site.

Additional Requirements

• Must be comfortable traveling to different site locations.
• Should be able to monitor labour productivity and manage manpower efficiently.
• Knowledge of safety standards and on-site compliance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,819.39 - ₹28,252.71 per month
