Site Supervisor

Job Summary

The Site Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day site activities for interior fit-out projects. This role ensures that work is executed as per drawings, quality standards, safety guidelines, and project timelines. The candidate will coordinate with contractors, vendors, clients, and the project team to ensure smooth execution of interior works.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and monitor all interior project site activities, ensuring work progress as per schedule.

Coordinate with subcontractors, carpenters, electricians, plumbers, and other site workers.

Ensure execution as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.

Check materials delivered on site and maintain proper records of stock/consumption.

Report daily site activities, progress, and issues to the Project Manager/Engineer.

Ensure safety protocols and housekeeping standards at the worksite.

Resolve site-level issues promptly to avoid delays.

Conduct regular site inspections and ensure work is completed to client satisfaction.

Assist in preparing and checking measurements for billing.

Follow up with vendors and ensure timely availability of labour and materials.

Requirements

Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or related field.

2–5 years of experience in interior fit-out or construction site supervision.

Strong knowledge of interior works such as carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting, and ceiling systems.

Ability to read and understand architectural drawings and technical details.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Ability to handle multiple teams and work under pressure.

Basic computer skills (MS Office, WhatsApp reporting, email communication).

Willingness to travel to different project sites as required.

Preferred Skills

Experience in modular furniture/interiors will be an added advantage.

Knowledge of project management tools is a plus.

Strong problem-solving and leadership abilities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
