Role Description

This is a full-time HR role at Zeztrix located in Pune. The HR professional will be responsible for overseeing HR management, policies, US Payroll, Recruitment, employee engagement, employee benefits, and personnel management on-site. The role involves implementing and maintaining HR processes to support the organization's objectives.

Qualifications

• Human Resources (HR) Management and HR Policies skills
• Employee Benefits and Personnel Management skills
• Experience in creating and implementing HR strategies
• Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
