Role & responsibilities Manage and market bench consultants to potential Vendors/ ClientsDevelop and maintain relationships with Tier One Vendors.Identify job opportunities for bench consultants.Negotiate rates and contracts with Tier One Vendors.Cold-call and network with Tier One Vendors to build a strong Vendor base.Keep track of the performance of bench consultants and maintain regular communication with them.Ensure successful placement and follow up with Tier One Vendors to maintain long-term relationships.Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly Interviews for consultants.
