Develop tailored immigration strategies for clients while ensuring compliance with USCIS, DOL, DOS, and CBP regulations. Prepare, review, and file immigration petitions and responses to RFEs, NOIDs, and audits in coordination with attorneys and clients. Provide expert guidance and consultation to clients, including individuals and corporates, on U.S. immigration processes, documentation, and legal requirements. Keep updated on changing U.S. immigration laws and advise clients proactively on impacts and solutions. Maintain accurate and timely records using case management systems. Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and attorneys to ensure smooth processing and high-quality service delivery. Serve as a client-facing liaison to handle escalations and complex immigration scenarios.
