Job Title: Oracle EPM Consultant

We are looking for an experienced Oracle EPM Lead Consultant to join our offshore development team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) solutions, specifically with EPBCS (Enterprise Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service) and PCMCS (Profitability and Cost Management Cloud Service). This role involves participating in all phases of the project lifecycle, including requirement gathering, design, development, testing, support, and maintenance of complex EPM projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Requirement Gathering: Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
• Design: Architect and design scalable and efficient EPM solutions that align with business objectives.
• Development:
• Develop and configure EPBCS and PCMCS applications, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards.
• Strong scripting knowledge in Planning tools including PBCS, EPBCS
• Strong hands on knowledge in EPM Automation scripting.
• Ability to build the complex reports using MR.
• Advance knowledge in Microsoft Office tools including Excel, Word and Power point, leverage the SmartView tool to build report and ad hoc analysis.
• A strong presentation skill which help to leverage the business meetings
• Testing: Conduct comprehensive testing to ensure the reliability and performance of the EPM solutions.
• Support and Maintenance: Provide ongoing support and maintenance for EPM applications, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements.
• Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation for all phases of the project.
• Training: Train and support end-users during the adoption phase.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 8-12 years of hands-on implementation experience with EPBCS and PCMCS.
• Functional Knowledge: Strong understanding of financial processes and business acumen.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Oracle EPM tools, including data integration, scripting, and reporting.
• Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

Certifications: Oracle EPM certifications are a plus.
