Oracle Epm Consultant

Role & responsibilities

Lead end-to-end implementation of Oracle EPM Cloud and on-premise solutions, ensuring

alignment with client business goals.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them

into functional and technical specifications.

Design and implement best practices for financial close, consolidation, and reconciliation

processes within FCCS and ARCS.

Configure and customize Oracle EPM modules including:

Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service (PBCS)

Enterprise Planning Cloud

Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud Service (FCCS)

Account Reconciliation Cloud Service (ARCS)

Profitability and Cost Management

Narrative Reporting

Integrate EPM systems with ERP, CRM, and data warehouse platforms to ensure seamless and

accurate data flow.

Conduct functional and user acceptance testing (UAT), identify gaps, and validate system

performance.

Deliver user training, create documentation, and provide ongoing support to ensure successful

adoption and utilization.

Provide post-implementation support including troubleshooting, performance tuning, and

guidance on upgrades and patches.

Stay current with Oracle EPM product updates and industry best practices to proactively advise

clients.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Proven experience as an EPM Consultant with hands-on expertise in Oracle EPM Cloud and/or

Hyperion on-premise applications.

Strong understanding of financial processes including budgeting, forecasting, consolidation,

reconciliation, and reporting.

Experience with Oracle modules such as:

FCCS for financial close and consolidation

ARCS for account reconciliation automation

PBCS and Enterprise Planning Cloud for planning and budgeting

Familiarity with integration tools and data migration strategies involving Oracle ERP, SAP, or

other enterprise systems.

Proficiency in designing and optimizing FP&A and performance management processes.

Experience with Oracle Hyperion products such as Hyperion Planning, HFM, and Essbase.

Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a

related field.

Oracle EPM Cloud certification or equivalent professional credentials (preferred).
