Job Title: Oracle EPM Administrator

Location: Udyog vihar phase 5

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Oracle EPM Administrator to support our recently implemented Oracle-based financial management system. The ideal candidate will manage day-to-day administration, troubleshoot issues, resolve user tickets, implement configuration changes, and ensure smooth functioning of all Oracle EPM modules in the background.

Key Responsibilities

System Administration & Support

Provide daily administrative support for Oracle EPM applications.

Monitor system performance and ensure high availability and reliability.

Troubleshoot and resolve user tickets related to system issues, data errors, access problems, and workflow issues.

Configuration & Enhancements

Add new fields, dimensions, members, or forms as required by business users.

Manage metadata updates, business rules, security settings, and data mappings.

Implement configuration changes, enhancements, or updates based on business needs.

Maintenance & Updates

Coordinate with IT and Oracle support teams for system updates, patches, and fixes.

Ensure proper backup, version control, and documentation of system changes.

Conduct regular health checks and performance tuning for Oracle EPM applications.

User Support & Training

Assist users in navigating the system and resolving functional challenges.

Provide training or guidance on new features or system updates.

Prepare user guides, SOPs, and documentation when required.

Qualifications & Skills

Required:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, or a related field.

Hands-on experience with Oracle EPM (FCCS, PBCS, EPBCS, or related modules).

Strong understanding of financial processes, reporting structures, and data flows.

Experience in metadata management, forms design, calculations, and workflows.

Good understanding of ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Jira, etc.).

Preferred:

Experience with Oracle Smart View, Data Management, or Integration tools.

Basic knowledge of SQL, scripting, or automation.

Ability to work cross-functionally with Finance, IT, and Operations teams.
