The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting Oracle Account Reconciliation Cloud Service (ARCS) and Enterprise Data Management Cloud Service (EDMCS) solutions. This role requires strong functional knowledge of accounting and reconciliation processes, expertise in data governance, and hands-on implementation experience with Oracle EPM Cloud applications. RESPONSIBILITIES Oracle ARCS (Account Reconciliation Cloud Service ) Implement and configure Reconciliation Compliance and Transaction Matching modules. Design reconciliation templates, profiles, and compliance dashboards. Automate reconciliations and improve efficiency of close and reporting cycles. Integrate ARCS with ERP/EPM systems for smooth data flow. Provide functional and technical support for finance users during reconciliation processes. Oracle EDMCS (Enterprise Data Management Cloud Service) Implement and configure EDMCS to manage metadata and hierarchies across EPM and ERP systems. Define and enforce data governance policies, validations, and approvals. Develop and maintain data mappings, transformations, and integration rules. Collaborate with finance, operations, and IT to ensure consistent master data management. Support metadata integrations with applications such as FCCS, ARCS, PCMCS, and ERP systems. General Responsibilities Partner with finance and business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions. Ensure compliance with accounting standards, reconciliation processes, and data governance policies. Provide user training, documentation, and ongoing application support. Stay updated with Oracle EPM Cloud releases and recommend process improvements. Qualifications Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or related field. 6–10 years of Oracle EPM/Hyperion experience, with at least 2–3 years in ARCS and EDMCS. Strong understanding of financial close, reconciliations, and data governance. Hands-on experience in transaction matching, reconciliation compliance, and metadata management. Proficiency with Oracle Data Management, EPM Automate, REST APIs, or other integration tools. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
