Role & responsibilities

* Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally for US- based customers with professionalism and efficiency.

* Excellent Communication Skills in English

* Analyze and resolve issues while adhering to company policies and US Compliance standards

* Communicate clearly and effectively in English, ensuring a positive customer experience

* Customer - Centric attitude with patience and problem - solving abilities.

* Basic Computer Knowledge and familiarity with MS office or CRM Tools

* Work in a dynamic, International environment and collaborate with a global team.
