The HR Contract Manager-

  • US Staffing is responsible for managing the contractual agreements and documentation related to staffing and recruitment processes within.
  • This role focuses on ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, negotiating and finalizing contracts, and supporting the HR team in maintaining efficient staffing operations.
  • Key Responsibilities
  • Contract Management:
  • Review, draft, and negotiate contracts, including Master Services Agreements (MSAs), Statements of Work (SOWs), and Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) with clients, vendors, and partners.
  • Ensure that contracts adhere to legal and regulatory requirements, as well as company policies and guidelines.
  • Collaborate with legal counsel to address contractual issues, risk assessment, and mitigation strategies.
  • Maintain contract templates and repositories, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Compliance and Risk Management:
  • Stay updated on relevant federal, state, and local laws, regulations, and industry standards related to staffing and employment contracts.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws, including but not limited to Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO), Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), and relevant state labor regulations.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with contract terms and conditions.
  • Vendor and Client Relationship Management:
  • Collaborate with vendors and clients to negotiate contract terms, pricing, and service level agreements.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners, addressing any contract-related issues or concerns.
  • Monitor vendor performance and compliance with contract terms.
  • Process Improvement:
  • Identify opportunities to streamline and improve the contract management and staffing processes.
  • Develop and implement best practices and standard operating procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in contract administration.
  • Provide guidance and training to internal stakeholders on contract-related matters. Requirements
  • Masters in Business Administration, LLB,Human Resources, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Minimum [5 ]years of experience in contract management or HR roles within the US staffing industry.
  • Strong knowledge of US staffing laws, regulations, and industry practices. • Familiarity with various types of contracts used in staffing, such as MSAs, SOWs, and NDAs.
  • Excellent negotiation and contract drafting skills.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret legal and contractual documents.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in contract review and management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in contract management software and MS Office applications.
  • Ability to work independently and effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
