Key Responsibilities
1. End-to-End Recruitment – Source, interview, and onboard top talent to build strong and
high-performing teams.
2. Policy Building – Design and implement HR policies aligned with company values and
compliance standards.
3. HR Operations & Payroll – Manage HR systems, payroll, attendance, and statutory
compliance.
4. Employee Engagement – Develop initiatives that foster a positive, inclusive, and motivating
workplace.
5. Performance Management – Implement appraisal systems to drive accountability, growth,
and career development.
6. Learning & Development – Identify skill gaps and conduct training programs to enhance
workforce capabilities.
7. Compliance & Audits – Ensure HR practices comply with labor laws, statutory audits, and
export–import industry requirements.

Candidate Profile:
• Experience: Minimum 5+ years in HR, preferably in Export–Import, Logistics, or Manufacturing sector.
• Qualification: MBA / PGDM in HR or equivalent.
• Knowledge: Strong expertise in recruitment, payroll, statutory compliance, and HR operations.
• Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, problem-solving, and team management abilities.
• Preferred: Candidates with experience in handling HR for Export–Import workforce and compliance.
