Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily shop floor activities and manpower allocation.
• Monitor production processes to ensure efficiency and quality standards.
• Provide guidance and training to workers.

• Track attendance, shift management, and resource utilization.
• Coordinate with other departments for smooth operations.
• Prepare daily/weekly production and performance reports.
