Department Human Resource Designation Executive – HR / Sr. Executive - HR Role – Recruitment Years of Experience: 2 years and above Qualification: Any Graduate. Skills Required: Proven work experience as a Recruiter Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to be able to entice candidates to apply. Hands on experience with various selection processes (video interviewing, phone interviewing, reference check etc) ability to conduct different types of interviews Confident, Multi tasking, Good listening skill, Patience, Time management Roles and Responsibilities: Recruitment - Sourcing and screening candidates by using job portals, databases, social media, job applications , employee referral etc Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board/newspapers/colleges/Social Networking sites etc Arranging departmental and management interviews by coordinating schedules Perform reference checks for shortlisted candidates Arrange necessary approvals from the management by providing relevant positions Roll-out agree offer and manage other documentation process Engage shortlisted candidates by various engagement plans Plan and communicate concerned departments for new joiner arrangement Database Maintenance of Recruitment Tracker Maintaining candidates resumes for future reference
