We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven candidate to lead post-sales service, product inspection, quality control, warranty cost reduction, vendor coordination, and customer satisfaction initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in product service (Lighting, Fans, Electronic Accessories), technical training, CRM utilization, and IT system integration to support after-sales excellence.
1. Team leadership
2. Overlook the service operation
3. Develop & implement service Policy & strategy
4. Customer service & response to customer feedback
5. Performance monitoring & review.
6. Co-ordination with Cross function team for Market defective analysis & Closure.
7. COPQ Monitoring & control.
8. Reporting & budgeting the monthly performance with Management.
9. Under warranty cost analysis & continuous reduction.
10. Complaint Resolution & Network Expansion
11. Warranty Management & Vendor Coordination
12. Warehouse Inventory Audits & Product revalidation management.
13. Product Quality Inspection & Control
