As a Service Department Manager, your role will involve leading, motivating, and managing a team of technicians and service advisors. You will conduct performance reviews and create career growth opportunities for team members. Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers will be a key aspect of your responsibilities, ensuring their needs and concerns are addressed promptly. Key Responsibilities: - Lead, motivate, and manage a team of technicians and service advisors - Conduct performance reviews and develop career growth opportunities for team members - Build and maintain strong customer relationships - Resolve customer complaints or service issues professionally and in a timely manner - Ensure customer satisfaction by providing timely updates on vehicle service status and necessary repairs - Prepare and submit regular reports on service department performance, customer feedback, and service trends - Analyze service data to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies for efficiency and profitability Qualifications Required: - Previous experience in a similar role - Strong leadership and team management skills - Excellent customer service and communication abilities - Analytical and problem-solving skills - Knowledge of vehicle service industry trends and best practices Please note that the job type is Full-time, Permanent and the work location is in person.
