Job Description

Role Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage complete after-sales service operations for Refrigerator and Washing Machine categories.
  • Develop and monitor authorized service center network and field service teams.
  • Ensure timely complaint resolution, high FTR, and improved customer satisfaction.
  • Handle service escalations, warranty claims, and critical customer issues.
  • Oversee spare parts availability and coordination with factory and SCM teams.
  • Control service and warranty costs; drive process and productivity improvements.
  • Liaise with manufacturing, quality, R&D, and OEM partners for field issue resolution.
  • Track and report service KPIs (TAT, repeat complaints, NPS, service cost).

Desired Profile:

  • 12+ years of after-sales service experience in Refrigerator and/or Washing Machine industry.
  • Strong leadership, operational, and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Willingness to travel as per business needs.
