Job Description

Role Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

Manage complete after-sales service operations for Refrigerator and Washing Machine categories.
Develop and monitor authorized service center network and field service teams.
Ensure timely complaint resolution, high FTR, and improved customer satisfaction.
Handle service escalations, warranty claims, and critical customer issues.
Oversee spare parts availability and coordination with factory and SCM teams.
Control service and warranty costs; drive process and productivity improvements.
Liaise with manufacturing, quality, R&D, and OEM partners for field issue resolution.
Track and report service KPIs (TAT, repeat complaints, NPS, service cost).

Desired Profile:

12+ years of after-sales service experience in Refrigerator and/or Washing Machine industry.
Strong leadership, operational, and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Willingness to travel as per business needs.
