Position: General Manager (GM) Department: Operations / Sales / Service Location: Rajkot Reports To: Managing : Director / CEO / Dealer Principal The General Manager is responsible for the overall operations, business growth, profitability, and brand compliance of the Honda two-wheeler dealership. The role ensures strong performance across Sales, Service, Spare Parts, Finance, CRM, and HR functions while maintaining customer satisfaction and operational excellence as per Honda standards. Position Overview Sales & Business Growth Service & Workshop Management Spare Parts & Inventory Control Finance, Accounts & Compliance People Management Facility & Operational Management Skills & Competencies Qualifications & Experience Graduate / MBA preferred. Minimum 10–15 years experience in automobile dealership operations. Experience with Honda two-wheelers or similar OEMs is an added advantage.
