Manage and service High Net-Worth Individual (HNI) clients by offering seamless support across investment products such as Mutual Funds (MF), Alternative Investment Funds (AIF), Portfolio Management Services (PMS), and Fixed Income instruments . Receive and process client requests related to investments, ensuring end-to-end handling within defined TATs and service standards. Coordinate closely with Relationship Managers to deliver prompt, accurate, and hassle-free services to clients. Act as a liaison between clients and internal departments (operations, compliance, investment teams) to fulfill investment requirements and resolve queries efficiently. Facilitate communication between centralized processing teams and clients, ensuring timely execution of investment transactions. Review and scrutinize investment-related documents received from clients for accuracy and completeness. Continuously strengthen client relationships by offering proactive service, portfolio-related assistance, and ensuring client satisfaction. Identify potential cross-sell or upsell opportunities based on clients' portfolio needs and work in collaboration with sales teams to tap into new business avenues.
