Estimating, Forecasting and tracking of Sales and Revenue numbers. Meeting the Revenue targets the assigned team. Manage the distribution of leads/resources to the team to ensure optimum manpower utilization. Conducting regular meeting with the team and ensuring that continuous interaction is carried among the team members and solve their problems/queries in a timely manner Train the team on all the products of Wealth Management. Responsible for business development through the acquisition of ultra high net-worth clients. Must ensure incremental growth of AUM and Revenue from the team mapped to them.
