Responsibilities: Experience - spices or masala trade only, who have good exposure in masala or spices only. Sales and Distribution: Develop and implement effective sales and distribution strategies to increase market penetration. Identify and acquire new distributors and retailers. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing distributors and retailers. Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement. Market Development: Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and emerging trends. Develop and execute marketing plans to promote the brand and increase sales. Organize promotional activities, trade shows, and events to generate brand awareness. Customer Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction.
