Role & responsibilities

Talent Acquisition Executive /

Devise and implement targeted
IT recruitment strategies
to attract qualified candidates across various technical domains.
Collaborate closely with
senior management and department heads
to identify staffing requirements and define role specifications for IT positions.
Manage the
end-to-end recruitment process
, including drafting job descriptions, sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and facilitating onboarding.
Leverage multiple sourcing channels including professional networks, job boards, and social media — to build and maintain a robust pipeline of IT talent.
Stay updated with
global IT industry trends
, emerging technologies, and evolving skill demands to ensure effective and timely recruitment.
Maintain recruitment metrics, candidate databases, and ensure compliance with company hiring policies and applicable regulations.
Build and sustain strong relationships with candidates to enhance employer branding and ensure a positive candidate experience.
