Job Description

Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and define job requirements.
Develop and post job descriptions on relevant job boards, social media platforms, and internal systems.
Source candidates through multiple channels (e.g., LinkedIn, job portals, employee referrals, career fairs).
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and evaluate candidates qualifications and cultural fit.
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Manage the offer process including salary recommendations, reference checks, and offer letters.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future openings.
Assist in employer branding initiatives to enhance company visibility in the job market.
Monitor key recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, source effectiveness).
Ensure all recruitment practices comply with employment laws and company policies.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
25 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (agency or in-house).
Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, interviewing methods, and hiring best practices.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple open positions and meet tight deadlines.
