Mode of Work: Work from Home

Working Days: Mon TO Friday( Sat & Sunday Week Off)

Work Location: Hyderabad

Role & responsibilities

payroll and benefits administration, employee data management, onboarding and offboarding, HR policy implementation, and managing HR technology

  • Payroll and Benefits Administration:

    HR Operations handles the accurate and timely processing of payroll, ensuring employees are paid correctly and on time. This includes managing employee benefits programs, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
  • Employee Data Management:

    HR Operations maintains accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, job details, performance data, and compensation information.
  • Onboarding and Offboarding:

    HR Operations manages the entire employee lifecycle, from onboarding new hires to ensuring a smooth exit process for departing employees.
  • HR Policy Implementation:

    HR Operations develops, implements, and communicates HR policies and procedures, ensuring they are aligned with company goals and comply with legal requirements.
  • HR Technology Management:

    HR Operations manages and oversees HR software and systems, such as HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems), performance management tools, and applicant tracking systems.
  • Compliance and Legal:

    HR Operations ensures that HR processes comply with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Employee Relations:

    While HR Operations doesn't directly handle all employee relations matters, it plays a crucial role in ensuring a positive and productive work environment by maintaining accurate records, facilitating communication, and supporting employee well-being.
  • Workforce Planning:

    HR Operations assists with workforce planning, succession planning, and recruitment efforts.
  • Training and Development:

    HR Operations may also be involved in managing training programs, tracking employee progress, and identifying areas for development.
