Night Shift | Work From Office | Customer Support (Voice Healthcare Process)

Working Days 5days (Work from Office)

Handle inbound calls and assist customers with care

Maintain quality standards (AHT, CSAT, etc.)
Document and follow up on customer interactions

Basic computer & MS Office knowledge
Education:
Graduate (B.Com, B.A, B.Sc) or
Undergraduate
(B.Tech/BCA/B.Sc IT not eligible)
