Position: Customer Relationship Executive (Telecalling/Field Sales) Location: Virar West, Mumbai Industry: Life Insurance SBI Life Employment Type: Full-Time Openings: 60 Joining: Immediate Job Description: We are hiring on priority for our Virar West branch for SBI Life Insurance . The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills in English and Hindi. Preference will be given to candidates fluent in Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, or Malayalam , along with Hindi and English. Key Responsibilities: Promote and sell SBI Life Insurance products to prospective clients Develop and maintain relationships with customers Handle inbound and outbound customer calls Provide guidance and support to clients on policies and services Meet daily/weekly/monthly sales targets Maintain proper records of client interactions and transactions Eligibility Criteria: Education: HSC (12th Pass) with minimum 2 years of experience, or Graduate Freshers with excellent communication skills Age: 21 32 years Languages: Mandatory: Fluency in English and Hindi Preferred: Tamil / Telugu / Kannada / Malayalam (as an added advantage) Skills Required: Strong verbal communication Confidence and persuasive skills Customer handling and relationship-building skills Regional language proficiency (preferred) Sales aptitude and goal orientation Salary & Benefits: Salary Range: 18,000 – 25,000 (Based on last drawn salary) Incentives: Attractive performance-based incentives Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 7:00 PM Weekly Off: 1 rotational day off per week Why Join Us?
