Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage a team of agents to achieve sales targets through direct channel sales, agency channel sales, and field sales.
Develop and execute strategies to increase revenue growth in the motor insurance and health insurance segments.
Build strong relationships with clients to identify their needs and provide tailored solutions for general insurance products such as accidental damage, liability, property, marine, fire, engineering & equipment breakdown etc.
Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activity.
Ensure timely completion of tasks assigned by management while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
