Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager HR to join our team at our client's site. This middle-level supervisory role is crucial in managing various HR functions, with a primary focus on recruitment, retention, employee engagement, and stakeholder management. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, the ability to drive recruitment strategies effectively, foster a positive work culture, and ensure compliance with HR policies and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment Management (40%)

- Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.

- Ensuring cost savvy and alternate channels for bulk recruitment.

- Creating a pool of recruitment vendors to ensure a seamless hiring process for the client.

- Ensure timely and cost-effective hiring while maintaining quality standards.

Retention and Employee Engagement (40%)

- Develop and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.

- Conduct regular employee feedback sessions and implement action plans to address concerns.

- Identify training and development needs and facilitate relevant programs to support employee growth.

Stakeholder Management and Compliance (20%):

- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including clients, management, and team members.

- Ensure compliance with all HR policies, procedures, and legal requirements.

- Collaborate with the HR team to implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field.

- Proven experience (4+ years) in HR roles, preferably in a BPO environment.

- Strong understanding of recruitment processes, techniques, and tools.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

- Knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices.

- Experience in managing a team is preferred.
