Position Title:

Work Location: Ganganagar

Key Responsibilities:

Assess and respond to the needs of each particular client or assignment, providing relevant solutions
Source suitable candidates and briefing them on the opportunities offered by the client
Screen candidates resumes and job applications on relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes
Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
Experience of hiring for middle level to senior level positions

Required Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication
Well versed with the Job portals for recruitment activities
In depth knowledge of HR principles, functions and practices
