Urgent Hiring -Delivery Lead (Recruitment Industry experience is must)

Job Summary:

We are looking to hire a seasoned Delivery Leader for our Mumbai location , who will be responsible for driving delivery excellence, managing client accounts, and leading high-performing recruitment teams. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in delivery management, account handling, and team leadership within the recruitment or staffing industry, preferably with experience across domestic markets such as FMCG, Consumer Electronics, and Retail. Exposure to pharmaceutical and EMPI sectors will be considered an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage end-to-end delivery for multiple recruitment projects across domestic markets.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

Handle key accounts, ensuring alignment with SLAs, KPIs, and delivery timelines.

Lead, mentor, and manage a team of recruiters, delivery managers, and account executives.

Monitor recruitment performance metrics and provide actionable insights for improvement.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align hiring strategies with business goals.

Drive process optimization and implement best practices across recruitment delivery functions.

Required Skills & Experience:

Minimum 10 years of experience in recruitment/delivery, with at least 35 years in a leadership role.

Proven expertise in managing large-scale recruitment operations across domestic markets.

Strong understanding and experience in FMCG, Consumer Electronics, and Retail sectors.

Exposure to pharma and EMPI sectors is a strong plus.

Excellent stakeholder and client management skills.

Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate large recruitment teams.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or related field.
