Roles & Responsibilities

Understand job requirements by coordinating with hiring managers and clients
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and internal databases
Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic/video interviews
Shortlist and present suitable candidate profiles to hiring managers/clients
Schedule and coordinate interviews and follow-ups
Maintain candidate data, trackers, and recruitment reports (ATS/Google Sheets)
Handle offer discussions, negotiations, and documentation support
Ensure timely closures and adherence to hiring timelines
Maintain professional communication with candidates throughout the hiring process
Stay updated with industry trends, hiring practices, and salary benchmarks
