Role & responsibilities

US Head of Recruitment from India

Your responsibilities include:

Running end-to-end US recruitment personally and through your team
• Hiring, training, and managing recruiters • Enforcing daily KPIs with zero tolerance for underperformance • Building sourcing strategy across Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, and outbound • Running daily standups, pipeline reviews, and performance checks • Interviewing candidates directly and closing them • Working directly with US founders and department heads • Maintaining strict hiring timelines and SLA discipline • Firing fast when performance does not improve

This is a player coach role. You will recruit yourself. You will lead by example.

Preferred candidate profile

Direct experience hiring for the US market
• Experience working US shifts • Managed recruiters in a high pressure environment • Worked in US staffing, BPO recruitment, healthcare staffing, IT staffing, or high volume sales hiring • Clear understanding of recruitment cadence and pipeline management • Strong spoken English and executive presence on video calls
