Key Responsibilities:

Student Counselling & Consultation:

Engage with potential learners via phone, chat, or email to understand their career goals and educational needs.
Suggest suitable programs that match their aspirations and background.

Lead Management & Conversion:

Follow up with inbound leads generated through marketing campaigns.
Convert leads into enrollments through structured counselling and follow-up strategies.

Relationship Building:

Build long-term relationships with students to increase referrals and retention.
Provide post-enrollment support when needed.

Online Outreach:

Use platforms like
LinkedIn, Facebook, and WhatsApp
to identify and engage potential leads.

Upselling and Cross-selling:

Recommend additional courses or services that enhance the learner's profile and job prospects.

Market Awareness:

Stay updated with industry trends and competitor offerings.
Provide feedback to the marketing and product team for improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum
1 year of experience
in
Academic Counselling, Inside Sales, or EdTech sales
.
Strong communication skills
spoken and written English
is a must.
Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales/enrollment targets.
Self-driven with a positive attitude and strong ownership of responsibilities.
Proficient in
