Sales team acknowledges you as a key contributor to conversions

Your Key Responsibilities

Greet & welcome walk-ins, scheduled guests & channel partners with warmth

Guide visitors through registration | lounge | sales journey

Coordinate with Sales for smooth sample flat visits

Maintain classy, comfortable reception & waiting areas

Arrange hospitality (snacks | beverages | reading material)

Handle high traffic crowds during weekends & project launches

Keep guest records & feedback logs updated

Support mini in-site events & activations

Must-Have Experience (Non-Negotiable)

28 years in guest-facing roles (Real Estate | Hospitality | Luxury Retail | Events)

Experience managing multiple guests in high-traffic situations

Fluent in English | Hindi | Marathi preferred

Excellent grooming & communication skills

Ability to coordinate across multiple teams

Good-to-Have (Can Learn on the Job)

Exposure to sales gallery operations

Familiarity with CRM tools

Event hospitality protocols

Experience in bilingual/multilingual setups
