Job Description

Radisson Hotel Group is looking for Front Office Attendant to join our team
Roles and Responsibility

Manage front office operations, including reception, concierge, and bell captain duties.
Provide exceptional customer service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and concerns addressed promptly.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization in the front office area.
Handle guest complaints and feedback professionally and courteously.
Perform various administrative tasks as required by the front office manager.

Job Requirements
