💼 Responsibilities

• Identify and shortlist relevant Upwork projects daily
• Write strong, customized proposals
• Manage Upwork chat, follow-ups & client conversations
• Bring clients on Upwork chat or Zoom/Google Meet calls
• Coordinate with internal team (UX, Web, Mobile, AI)
• Maintain proposal tracker & conversion sheet

✨ Requirements

• 1–3 years

  Upwork bidding experience
• Strong written English
• Understanding of Web apps, Websites & AI solutions
• Good communication & discipline in daily activity
• Ability to work independently

📌 Good to Have

• Experience with AI/LLM/OCR-based projects
• Exposure to IT services or software development sales
• Prior experience in lead conversion
