Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and bid on high-quality projects on platforms like

  Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, PeoplePerHour, Fiverr

  , etc.
• Write compelling and customized proposals tailored to client requirements.
• Generate qualified leads and build a strong sales pipeline.
• Communicate with potential clients, manage project queries, and negotiate pricing and timelines.
• Collaborate with internal technical teams to scope and propose solutions accurately.
• Meet monthly and quarterly business development targets.
• Maintain a detailed record of bids, conversions, and follow-ups.

Requirements:

• Minimum

  5 years of experience

  in bidding on freelance platforms.
• Proven track record of winning high-value projects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong understanding of digital services: SEO, PPC, Web Development, App Development, SMM, and Lead Generation.
• Goal-oriented, self-driven, and highly organized.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and project management platforms is a plus.
