Role Description

This is a full-time remote position for an Upwork Specialist. The specialist will oversee the management of Upwork accounts, identify relevant job opportunities, draft compelling proposals, and maintain communication with clients to ensure successful onboarding and project collaboration. Day-to-day tasks also include market research, profile optimization, and strategically developing client relationships to enhance the company’s presence on the platform. The role demands a proactive approach to achieving targets and aligning with the company’s business goals.

Qualifications

Strong skills in Market Research, Business Analysis, and identifying business opportunities.
Abilities in Proposal Writing, Content Writing, and crafting persuasive Upwork proposals.
Proficiency in Client Engagement, Client Communication, and maintaining productive client relationships.
Knowledge of Freelance Platform Management, Profile Optimization, and competitive strategy development on Upwork.
Excellent organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills.
Experience in digital marketing or business development is an advantage.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
Familiarity with Upwork or similar freelance platforms is highly desirable.
