Project Manager Intern or Junior Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with clients for ongoing projects and ensure clear, regular communication.
• Track and monitor project timelines, tasks, and deliverables to ensure on-time delivery.
• Collaborate with internal design, development, and support teams to maintain smooth execution.
• Identify potential risks or delays and take proactive steps to resolve issues.
• Follow up on project milestones and ensure all client expectations are met.
• Ensure timely payments and invoice follow-ups from clients.
• Maintain project documentation, status reports, and updates.
• Support senior management in project tracking and performance reporting.
• Take ownership of assigned tasks and contribute to overall project efficiency.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills (verbal and written).
• Basic understanding of project management principles and tools (like Trello, Notion, Jira, etc.)
• A go-getter attitude with attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
• Knowledge of client servicing or experience working with external stakeholders is a plus.
• Fresh graduates with strong potential and interest in project management are welcome to apply.
